Ibis Istanbul West Hotel

During my Xmas stay, I really liked the fact that the room was clean and the housekeeping services were good. It was a relief to come back to a tidy room after a long day of exploring. the staff was helpful and always willing to assist whenever we had any questions or requests. Another advantage was the convenient location of the hotel, with public transportation easily accessible and several amenities nearby.

One aspect that I disliked about my Xmas stay was the issue with the air conditioner. Unfortunately, it wasn't cooling the room properly, so we had to resort to opening the windows.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. It is also closer to Istanbul's new airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking for a quick and convenient stay before or after their flights. the hotel offers a unique advantage of being in the flight path of planes, providing an interesting view for aviation enthusiasts.

One drawback is that the hotel lacks a variety of options for breakfast, such as the absence of soup or fruit.

I had an exceptional experience at Ibis. When I needed a room in the early hours of the morning, the night duty manager was incredibly kind and flexible, attending to me immediately. I was comforted by their hospitality, and they even checked on my welfare the next day. I have stayed at various Ibis locations around the world and have always had high regard for their services. Thank you so much!

This hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the airport.

All was fine, no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always friendly and approachable. They even tried their best to communicate with us in English, despite the language barrier. The hotel's location was also great, with easy transport links and proximity to the airport, making it convenient for travelers.
